Construction Executive | 30+ Years of Complex Project Leadership
Jason Spector brings more than 30 years of construction experience, with deep focus on aviation and healthcare. His work centers on project resource planning, scheduling, delivery, and financial health, grounded in construction codes and standards and labor relations, while leading as a collaborative mentor with a progressive mindset.
His experience spans aviation, site/civil, healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, and corporate interior construction, including core and shell work, interior fit-outs, high-end retail, and hospitals. Jason has personally overseen numerous large scale capital projects in major markets across the nation.
Having delivered projects for U.S. government agencies, all major national airline carriers, and industry-leading healthcare corporations, he is known for practical problem solving, disciplined project and budget controls, financial accountability, strong subcontractor and design-team coordination, and direct accountability from planning through completion. He is constantly seeking new, workable solutions to advance the construction industry.
